Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 6, 2026
Retirement Insights Series ("RIS," "we," "us," or "our") is a service/brand of Localish Consulting, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, register for educational seminars or workshops, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address or postal code, event selections, age-range and optional financial-range responses, guest information, questions or topic interests, communication preferences, and other information submitted through our forms. We may also collect technical and attribution information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring URL, landing-page URL, UTM parameters, advertising identifiers, form-submission timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies. We may obtain supplemental information from service providers or permitted third-party data sources for event operations, audience analysis, fraud prevention, analytics, or data enrichment.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to process event registrations; send confirmations, reminders, directions, cancellations, and event updates; respond to requests; operate and improve our websites and services; measure marketing and event performance; maintain security and prevent misuse; comply with legal requirements; and, where permitted and consented to, provide marketing communications.
3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages, RIS may send registration confirmations, event reminders, attendance confirmations, cancellations, directions, service updates, and, only where separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Text-message opt-in data and consent are used to administer RIS messaging. We do not share them with event presenters, advisors, or other third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes; our messaging and CRM service providers may process them on our behalf to deliver the messages you authorized.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use telecommunications, CRM, hosting, analytics, and other service providers solely as necessary to provide services on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality/data-processing obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, CRM, communications, advertising, analytics, registration, event operations, and professional advisors; with the authorized advisor or presenter associated with the event you select, and with event venues or client organizations only as reasonably necessary to administer that event, respond to your registration, or arrange an optional follow-up consistent with your choices; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and Analytics
When enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and completed web registrations, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page usability through masked session recordings. These tools may receive technical information such as device, browser, IP address, page URL, cookie or advertising identifiers, and event timing. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, financial responses, or form contents to analytics or replay tools. Before enabling replay or advertising tags, we will configure masking and exclude sensitive fields and URL parameters. A completed web registration is measured only after successful acceptance; phone and manual registrations are recorded operationally without a fabricated browser event. Tracking is subject to applicable consent choices and browser controls. Contact us at [email protected] with a privacy request.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal/contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, request HELP by replying HELP, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Certain information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Third-Party Links
Our services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
